Projects Undertaken by ADFAS Volunteers
Underneath is a full list of projects in which our volunteers have been proud
to participate. On the left are more details and photos of some of
these projects.
- 21 – Drawings of Frans Van Kuyck
The City archives had received a collection of drawings by Frans
Van Kuyck. So far the separate drawings and prints of that
collection have not received inventory numbers and thus the
collection is undisclosed and not accessible for the public. It
is our task to make an inventory of these drawings.

- 20 - Plans and maps
(November 2010 – ongoing)
Today the files of all public works in the City are kept in
big dossiers along with the maps, blueprints and designs all folded
up into A4 formats. This is not very good for conservation. With
computers it is now possible to link by number all maps, plans and other
documents pertaining to a tender. The maps, plans and blueprints
will be packed separately in a conservation friendly way. It is
an enormous project that will take us several years to
complete.
